Ryan is a Hawaiian cinematographer and the Creative Director of RogueTV, an online livestreaming platform dedicated to surf and ocean sports. With over 15 years of experience, he has been part of Emmy Award-winning teams on HBO’s 100 Foot Wave and Netflix’s Our Great National Parks, and has worked with leading brands like Rockstar Energy, Red Bull, Spotify, and Apple. Specializing in outdoor and underwater filmmaking, Ryan brings a verité-style approach to capturing real, unfiltered storytelling.
His kuleana (responsibility, in Hawaiian) is to help tell the stories of Hawai‘i and to uplift and support the community through powerful, authentic filmmaking.
